Pick your runway
Five chains, one app. The rules and fees are the same everywhere.
Create a token on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain or Solana in under a minute. It climbs a bonding curve, then lands on the chain's main exchange with its liquidity burned. You only ever use dollars.
Every token on Aviator, live. Tap one to trade it.
No wallet app, no seed phrase. Your wallets are created for you.
Deposit USDC on Solana. That's the only coin you ever need.
Tap a token and buy in dollars, or launch your own on any of five chains.
When the curve sells out, the token lands on a big exchange with its liquidity burned.
Five chains, one app. The rules and fees are the same everywhere.
Deposit USDC, trade in USDC, withdraw USDC. No gas coins to buy first.
Only the creator buys in the first 3 seconds. Wallet caps stop whales.
At landing the pool tokens are destroyed. Nobody can pull the liquidity.
30% of every trading fee, plus 1% of the amount raised when your token lands.
Lock your tokens until a date you pick, or burn them for good. The board shows it to every trader.
The six sample tokens (spread across the five chains) and the other traders are simulated so the board is moving. Each simulated trader is its own verified account.
Pick a chain and launch, paid from your USDC balance. For the first 3 seconds only you can buy, so no one can bundle or snipe.
Aviator is a token launchpad you use entirely in US dollars. You deposit USDC on Solana, then launch or trade tokens on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain or Solana, and withdraw USDC back to Solana. You choose the chain when you launch; everything else happens in the background.
Every token lives on one chain, chosen by its creator at launch, and stays there. The rules, the supply and the fee rates are the same on every chain. The curve is sized so that a token lands at about US$12,700 raised wherever it launches.
| BNB Chain | Curve in BNB · lands on PancakeSwap V2 at ~17 BNB raised · launch fee 0.0027 BNB · BEP-20, 18 decimals |
|---|---|
| Ethereum | Curve in ETH · lands on Uniswap V2 at ~5.5 ETH raised · launch fee 0.00087 ETH · ERC-20, 18 decimals |
| Base | Curve in ETH · lands on Uniswap V2 at ~5.5 ETH raised · launch fee 0.00087 ETH · ERC-20, 18 decimals |
| Robinhood Chain | Curve in ETH · lands on Uniswap V2 at ~5.5 ETH raised · launch fee 0.00087 ETH · ERC-20, 18 decimals |
| Solana | Curve in USDC · lands on Raydium at ~12,700 USDC raised · launch fee 2 USDC · SPL Token-2022, 6 decimals · network fees paid by Aviator |
Launch fees are about US$2 on every chain. On BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain the fee is set in the chain's coin, and we adjust it from time to time so it stays close to US$2. The amounts above use prices from 29 October 2026.
The chains differ in network fees. Ethereum's network fees are much higher than the others' and change minute to minute. Base, Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain are cheap. On Solana, Aviator pays the network fees for you, so you only ever need USDC.
To launch, choose a chain, give your token a name (up to 32 characters), a ticker (up to 10 letters or numbers), an image and, if you like, a description and links to X, Telegram and a website. You can also make a dev buy: a purchase of your own token in the same transaction that creates it.
Every Aviator token has the same structure, on every chain:
| Total supply | 1,000,000,000 tokens, fixed. No one can mint more. |
|---|---|
| Sold on the curve | 793,100,000 tokens |
| Reserved for liquidity | 206,900,000 tokens, used at landing. Any not needed are burned. |
| Standard | BEP-20 or ERC-20 with 18 decimals on the EVM chains; SPL Token-2022 with 6 decimals on Solana, with its name, ticker and image link stored on-chain |
| Owner | None. The token has no owner, no tax, no blacklist and no mint function. On Solana, the mint authority and the metadata update authority are removed at launch, so the name and ticker can never change. |
Launching costs the launch fee shown above. You also pay for any dev buy you choose to make and, on the EVM chains, the conversion cost of the funds you spend.
Until it lands, a token is bought from and sold back to a bonding curve, a smart contract that always quotes a price. There is no order book and no need for someone on the other side of your trade.
The curve is a constant-product formula with virtual reserves of 1,073,000,000 tokens and, depending on the chain, 6 BNB, 1.94 ETH or 4,482 USDC at launch. Each buy raises the price and each sell lowers it. Early buyers pay less per token than later buyers. The Altitude bar on each token page shows how much of the 793.1M curve supply has been sold.
Quotes on the trade panel are estimates. The price can move between the moment you see a quote and the moment your trade is processed. Every trade is sent with a minimum amount out, so if the price moves against you beyond that limit, the trade is cancelled instead of filled at a worse price.
When the last curve token is sold, the token lands on its chain's main exchange: PancakeSwap on BNB Chain, Uniswap on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and Raydium on Solana. On the EVM chains this happens in the same transaction as the final buy. On Solana it happens moments later, in a separate transaction that Aviator sends automatically (and that anyone can send). At landing:
After landing you keep trading the token from Aviator in the same way. Aviator routes your order through the pool instead of the curve.
Bundling is when a creator buys their own token from many wallets at the moment of launch, hiding how much of the supply they control. Aviator's contracts are built to prevent it. These rules are enforced by the smart contracts on every chain, not by policy, and they are fixed for each token at the moment it launches.
| Verified buyers only | Only wallets registered to a verified Aviator account can launch or buy on the curve. Each account has exactly one wallet on each chain. |
|---|---|
| Launch lock | For the first 3 seconds after launch, no one except the creator can buy. A launch cannot be bundled with buys from other wallets. |
| Dev buy cap | The creator can hold at most 5% of supply before landing. |
| Wallet cap | Every other account can hold at most 3% of supply before landing. |
| Transfer lock | Tokens cannot be sent from one wallet to another before landing. They can only be bought from or sold to the curve. |
| Dev sell lock | The creator cannot sell for 10 minutes after launch. |
| Exit always open | Selling back to the curve is never paused and never requires verification. |
No rule can stop a determined person from opening several accounts with different identities. Our verification checks are designed to detect and close duplicate accounts, and the caps above limit what any single account can do. Always look at the holders list and do your own research before you buy.
Anyone holding a token can lock some or all of it, or burn it, at any time after launch: while it is still on its bonding curve and after it has landed. Creators often do this to show buyers they are not about to sell. Both are done by the smart contracts, so anyone can check them on the chain's block explorer, and both show on the token's page and on the board.
| Lock | You choose an amount and an unlock date, from one day to ten years away. Until that date the tokens are held by the Aviator contract (on Solana, by the Aviator program). They cannot be sold or moved, and they still count toward the 5% and 3% caps before landing. After the date only you can take them back, from the token's page or your Wallet. You can push the date later at any time, but never earlier. |
|---|---|
| Burn | The tokens are destroyed and the token's total supply goes down for good. Nobody can get them back, including you. |
| Cost | Locking costs about US$5 per lock (see Fees). Burning is free. |
A lock or a burn tells you what a holder did with those tokens. It is not a promise about anything else: a creator who has locked some tokens may hold others, and a lock ends on its date.
| Launching a token | About US$2: 0.0027 BNB on BNB Chain, 0.00087 ETH on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and 2 USDC on Solana. We adjust the BNB and ETH amounts from time to time so they stay close to US$2. |
|---|---|
| Buying or selling on the curve | 1% of the trade value. 30% of this goes to the token's creator and 70% to Aviator. |
| Landing | 5% of the amount raised, taken once when the token lands. 1% of the amount raised goes to the token's creator as a landing bonus and 4% to Aviator. |
| Trading after landing, through Aviator | An Aviator routing fee of 0.5% of the trade value, of which 30% goes to the token's creator, plus the exchange's own pool fee: currently 0.25% on PancakeSwap V2, 0.3% on Uniswap V2 and 0.25% on the Raydium pool tier Aviator uses. Trading the token elsewhere, for example directly on the exchange, carries no Aviator fee. |
| Locking tokens | About US$5 per lock: 0.0067 BNB on BNB Chain, 0.00216 ETH on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and 5 USDC on Solana, paid from your balance. It goes to Aviator. Extending a lock and unlocking are free. Burning tokens is free. |
| Conversion (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain) | Your balance is USDC, so a trade on these chains converts the amount between USDC and the chain's coin. You pay the cost charged by the routing provider, shown before you confirm. Solana trades need no conversion. |
| Network fees | On the EVM chains, paid from your balance and shown before you confirm. Ethereum's are much higher than the others'. On Solana, paid by Aviator. |
| Deposits | Free from Aviator. Your sending wallet or exchange may charge a network fee. |
The contracts cap trading fees at 2%, the landing fee at 10% and the routing fee at 1%. The launch fee and the lock fee are each capped at 0.1 BNB or 0.1 ETH on the EVM chains and 75 USDC on Solana. These limits are written into the code and cannot be raised. Each token keeps the trading fee, creator share and landing fee that applied when it launched; a change only affects tokens launched afterwards.
Creators collect their share of trading and routing fees, and their landing bonus, from the Portfolio page. Fees earned on every chain are paid into your USDC balance.
Your balance is USDC and is shown in US dollars. It stays in USDC until you trade. Tokens on Solana trade in USDC directly. When you buy a token on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base or Robinhood Chain, just the amount of that trade is converted from USDC into the chain's coin, and when you sell, the proceeds are converted back into USDC. Your cash balance does not move with the price of BNB or ETH.
Conversions between chains are carried out through third-party cross-chain routing services. Most complete within a minute or two. During network congestion they can take longer. If a route fails, the funds are returned to your balance.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check every withdrawal address carefully. Aviator cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or the wrong network.

The contract source code is verified on each chain's block explorer. The contract owner can pause new launches and buys in an emergency, change the verifier, and adjust fees within the hard limits above. The owner cannot move funds held by a curve, change the rules of a token that has already launched, or stop anyone from selling.
The EVM contracts cannot be changed once deployed. Solana programs can be upgraded by whoever holds their upgrade authority. For the Aviator program: .
Whichever community you want to reach. The rules, fees and supply are the same everywhere, and every token lands at about US$12,700 raised. The practical differences are network fees (highest on Ethereum, paid by Aviator on Solana) and the exchange the token lands on.
No. On BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, network costs are covered from your balance and shown before you confirm. On Solana, Aviator pays them.
Before landing, transfers are locked so that holdings cannot be split up or merged across wallets. On Solana, your tokens are held for you by the Aviator program until landing. Once the token lands, they are in your wallet and you can send them anywhere.
The most common reasons are the 3% wallet cap, the launch lock in the first seconds after a launch, or the price moving beyond your slippage limit. The error message tells you which.
No. At landing the pool's liquidity tokens are destroyed, so no one controls them.
No. Not you, not the creator and not Aviator: the contract releases them only on or after the unlock date, and only to the person who locked them. Burned tokens can never be recovered.
No. Anyone with a verified account can launch a token. A token appearing on Aviator says nothing about its value or the intentions of its creator.
Yes. Aviator is a trading platform as well as a launchpad. Open any token from the Trade page and buy or sell in dollars, or use Quick buy straight from the board. You can filter the board by chain. Before a token lands you trade against its bonding curve. After it lands, Aviator routes your order through its pool, so nothing changes for you.
Yes. Your wallets belong to you. Go to Wallet, then Account, then Export private keys. You confirm a code sent to your email, choose the EVM or Solana wallet, and the key is shown for two minutes. You can import it into MetaMask, Trust Wallet or Rabby (EVM chains) or Phantom or Solflare (Solana). Tokens that haven't landed still can't be sent between wallets, even from an imported wallet.
Email . We will never ask for your sign-in codes, your private keys or your recovery phrase.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aviator website, applications and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by , a company registered at ("Aviator", "we", "us" or "our").
1.2 By creating an Account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure and our Cookie Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1.3 Please read Section 14 (Risks), Section 18 (Disclaimers), Section 19 (Limitation of Liability) and Section 23 (Governing Law and Disputes) carefully. They limit our liability to you and affect how disputes are resolved.
In these Terms:
"Account" means the account you register with us to use the Service.
"Bonding Curve" means the pricing mechanism in the Smart Contracts under which a Token is bought from and sold to the Smart Contracts before Graduation.
"Creator" means the Account holder who launches a Token through the Service.
"Digital Assets" means USDC, BNB, ETH, Tokens and any other cryptographic asset that can be held or transferred using a blockchain.
"Graduation" means the automatic event, described in Section 7, at which a Token's Bonding Curve closes and liquidity is deposited into a pool on a third-party decentralised exchange (PancakeSwap on BNB Chain, Uniswap on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and Raydium on Solana). It is referred to on the Service as "landing".
"Smart Contracts" means the self-executing software programs deployed on the Supported Networks through which Tokens are created and traded, including the Aviator Launchpad and Router contracts, the Aviator Solana program, and each Token contract or mint.
"Supported Network" means BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain or Solana, as made available on the Service from time to time. BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain are the "EVM Networks".
"Token" means a token created through the Service on a Supported Network: a BEP-20 or ERC-20 token on an EVM Network, or an SPL Token-2022 token on Solana.
"Wallet" means each blockchain wallet made available to you with your Account (one wallet used on all EVM Networks and one on Solana), as described in Section 5.
3.1 To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3.2 You must not use the Service if you are located in, resident in, or a national of any country or territory that is subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, or if you are a person named on any sanctions list maintained by any of them.
3.3 You must not use the Service from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or requires a licence or registration that we do not hold. A current list of restricted jurisdictions is available at . We may add to that list at any time.
3.4 You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to disguise your location or to get around the restrictions in this Section 3.
3.5 You use the Service on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
4.1 One person, one Account. Each individual may register and hold only one Account. Opening, controlling or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through another person, is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Verification. We will ask you to verify your identity and may ask for further information at any time, including proof of address, the source of your funds or the purpose of your activity. We may refuse to open an Account, limit an Account or close an Account if you do not provide information we request or if we cannot verify it to our satisfaction.
4.3 Accurate information. You must give us complete and accurate information and keep it up to date.
4.4 Security. You are responsible for keeping your login details and any devices used to access your Account secure. You must not share your Account with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, unless that activity results from our own failure to take reasonable care. Tell us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
5.1 When you open an Account, a Wallet is created for you through our third-party wallet infrastructure provider. The private keys for your Wallet are generated and secured by that provider using key-management technology designed so that Aviator does not hold your full private key.
5.2 By using the Service, you authorise us to submit to the blockchain the transactions that you instruct through the Service, including deposits, conversions, purchases, sales, Token launches and withdrawals. We will only submit transactions that you have instructed.
5.3 Your Wallets are registered in the Smart Contracts on each Supported Network as the wallets associated with your Account. They cannot be replaced with other wallets for the purposes of buying or launching on a Bonding Curve.
5.4 Digital Assets in your Wallet belong to you. We do not lend, pledge or otherwise use them for our own purposes.
5.5 You may export the private keys to your Wallet at any time through the Service, subject to verification. Once you export a private key, you alone are responsible for keeping it secure. Anyone who obtains it can control your Wallet and its contents. We cannot recover, freeze or reverse transfers from a Wallet whose key has been exported, lost or stolen, and we are not liable for any loss that results.
5.6 Transactions you make with an exported key outside the Service are your own. They remain subject to the rules of the Smart Contracts, including the transfer restrictions in Section 7.2. On Solana, Tokens bought on a Bonding Curve are held by the Smart Contracts on your behalf until Graduation and are then delivered to your Wallet, so they cannot be moved with an exported key before Graduation.
6.1 The Service accepts deposits of USDC on the Solana network only. Any other asset, or USDC sent on any other network, may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for recovering such assets and we are under no obligation to try.
6.2 Your balance is held in USDC and displayed in US dollars for convenience. Tokens on Solana are bought and sold in USDC. When you buy a Token on an EVM Network, the amount of that purchase is converted from USDC into the network's native asset (BNB or ETH); when you sell, the proceeds are converted back into USDC. The rate can change while a conversion is in progress.
6.3 Conversions between networks are carried out through third-party cross-chain routing services. The rate, cost and estimated time shown before you confirm are estimates. The final amount may differ because of market movement, network fees and the provider's own pricing.
6.4 Withdrawals are sent to the address you enter. You are solely responsible for entering the correct address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
6.5 We may delay, hold or refuse a deposit or withdrawal where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, to complete verification, to investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, or because of a technical failure of a blockchain network or a third-party service.
7.1 Any person with a verified Account may launch a Token. Each Token has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 units, of which 793,100,000 are offered through the Bonding Curve and 206,900,000 are reserved for liquidity at Graduation.
7.2 Before Graduation, a Token can only be bought from or sold to the Bonding Curve, and cannot be transferred from one wallet to another. On Solana, Tokens bought before Graduation are held by the Smart Contracts on your behalf and delivered to your Wallet after Graduation.
7.3 When all Tokens offered through the Bonding Curve have been sold, Graduation happens automatically. At Graduation the Smart Contracts (a) deduct the graduation fee described in Section 10; (b) deposit the remaining amount raised and a corresponding amount of reserved Tokens into a liquidity pool on the decentralised exchange used for that Supported Network; (c) send the resulting liquidity pool tokens to an address from which they can never be withdrawn, or burn them; (d) burn any reserved Tokens not used; and (e) permanently enable transfers of the Token. On the EVM Networks, Graduation happens in the same transaction as the final purchase. On Solana, it is completed by a separate transaction submitted shortly afterwards, which we send automatically and which anyone may send.
7.4 Graduation is irreversible. Neither Aviator nor the Creator can remove the liquidity, mint further Tokens, impose taxes on transfers or restrict who may hold the Token after Graduation.
7.5 After Graduation, the Token trades on PancakeSwap, Uniswap or Raydium, as applicable, each a third-party service. We may continue to route your orders for that Token through that exchange, but we do not operate or control it.
7.6 Each Token exists only on the Supported Network its Creator chose at launch. The Service does not move Tokens between networks. We may stop offering new launches on a Supported Network; if we do, you can still sell Tokens you hold on that network to its Bonding Curve, or on the exchange where it landed, for as long as that network operates normally.
7.7 Any holder of a Token may, at any time after its launch, (a) lock some or all of their Tokens until a date they choose, between one day and ten years ahead, in which case the Smart Contracts hold those Tokens and release them only to that holder on or after that date; the date may be extended but never brought forward; or (b) burn some or all of their Tokens, which destroys them permanently. Neither Aviator nor anyone else can release locked Tokens early or recover burned Tokens. Locked Tokens count toward the limits in Section 9.1 before Graduation.
8.1 All trades are executed by the Smart Contracts or by third-party decentralised exchanges. Aviator is not a counterparty to your trades and does not hold an order book.
8.2 Prices shown on the Service, including quotes, charts and market capitalisation, are estimates based on the state of the blockchain when they were calculated. The price at which your trade executes may differ.
8.3 Each trade is submitted with a minimum amount you will accept. If the price moves beyond that limit before the trade is processed, the trade will fail and no Digital Assets will be exchanged, though network costs may still be incurred.
8.4 A trade is final once it has been confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot cancel, reverse or modify a confirmed trade.
9.1 The Smart Contracts enforce the following rules for every Token until its Graduation: (a) only wallets registered to verified Accounts may buy from a Bonding Curve; (b) no one other than the Creator may buy during the first three seconds after launch; (c) the Creator may hold no more than 5% of total supply; (d) any other Account may hold no more than 3% of total supply; (e) the Creator may not sell during the first ten minutes after launch. These rules are fixed for each Token when it is launched.
9.2 You must not attempt to get around these rules, including by using more than one Account, by acting together with other Account holders to accumulate a Token, or by using any automated means to gain an advantage at launch.
9.3 These rules reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of manipulation. We do not guarantee that any Token was launched fairly or that its holders are independent of one another.
10.1 We charge the fees described on the Fees section of our Docs, which forms part of these Terms. At the date of these Terms, these are: a trading fee of 1% of the value of each purchase or sale on a Bonding Curve, of which 30% is credited to the Token's Creator; a graduation fee of 5% of the amount raised by a Token at Graduation, of which an amount equal to 1% of the amount raised is credited to the Token's Creator; a routing fee of 0.5% of the value of each purchase or sale of a Token after Graduation that you make through the Service, of which 30% is credited to the Token's Creator; a launch fee of about US$2, currently 0.0027 BNB on BNB Chain, 0.00087 ETH on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and 2 USDC on Solana, payable when a Token is created; and a lock fee of about US$5, currently 0.0067 BNB on BNB Chain, 0.00216 ETH on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain, and 5 USDC on Solana, payable each time you lock Tokens. Burning Tokens is free.
10.2 Network fees, cross-chain routing costs and third-party exchange fees are charged in addition and are shown before you confirm a transaction where they can be estimated. Network fees on Ethereum can be much higher than on other Supported Networks. On Solana, we currently pay network fees for transactions you make through the Service; we may stop doing so on notice.
10.3 We may change our fees. The Smart Contracts limit the trading fee to 2%, the graduation fee to 10%, the routing fee to 1%, and the launch fee and the lock fee each to 0.1 BNB or 0.1 ETH on the EVM Networks and 75 USDC on Solana. The trading fee, the creator share, the graduation fee and the Creator's share of it that apply to a Token are fixed when it is launched and are not affected by later changes. We may adjust the launch fee and the lock fee in BNB or ETH so that they stay close to their US dollar values.
10.4 Fees are deducted automatically by the Smart Contracts at the time of the relevant transaction and are not refundable.
11.1 If you launch a Token, you are solely responsible for it, including its name, ticker, image, description, links and any statements you or anyone acting with you make about it.
11.2 You confirm that you have the right to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, impersonate any person, brand or project, or contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading material.
11.3 You must not describe or promote a Token as an investment, a share in any business, a right to profits or income, or as backed by or redeemable for any asset. You must not promise or suggest any return, price target or future listing.
11.4 You are responsible for determining whether launching and promoting your Token requires any approval, licence or disclosure under the laws that apply to you and to the people you promote it to, and for obtaining it.
11.5 We may remove or hide any Token, image or description from the Service at any time. Removing a Token from the Service does not affect the Token or its Smart Contract on the blockchain.
You must not, and must not attempt to:
(a) use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose;
(b) manipulate the price or volume of any Token, including through wash trading, spoofing, coordinated buying or selling, or the spreading of false or misleading information;
(c) launch a Token for the purpose of deceiving buyers, including any scheme in which you or persons connected with you accumulate a Token in order to sell to others after promoting it;
(d) use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose;
(e) interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, the Smart Contracts or any other person's Account;
(f) exploit any bug, error or vulnerability in the Service or the Smart Contracts rather than reporting it to us at ; or
(g) help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.
13.1 We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or other advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any Digital Asset.
13.2 We do not review, vet or endorse any Token. Anyone with a verified Account can launch one. The listing of a Token on the Service, its position on any board or ranking, and any label or status shown for it are produced automatically and are not a statement about its quality, legitimacy or value.
14.1 Digital Assets, and newly created tokens in particular, are extremely risky. You may lose the entire amount you spend. Our Risk Disclosure describes the main risks and forms part of these Terms.
14.2 By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure, that you are using the Service at your own risk, and that you can afford to lose all the Digital Assets you use with it.
15.1 The Service relies on services we do not own or control, including blockchain networks, wallet infrastructure, identity verification, cross-chain routing and decentralised exchanges. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
15.2 We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or performance of any third-party service, or for any loss caused by its failure, except to the extent the loss results from our own failure to take reasonable care in selecting or using it.
16.1 The Service, including its design, software (other than open-source components and Smart Contract code we publish under an open-source licence), text and trade marks, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
16.2 You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service. Content written to the blockchain or to decentralised storage cannot be deleted by us or by you.
17.1 We may suspend, restrict or close your Account, or refuse any transaction, without prior notice if we reasonably believe that (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is one of several controlled by the same person; (c) we are required to do so by law or by a regulator, court or law enforcement authority; (d) your Account is connected with fraud, sanctions or financial crime; or (e) continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us or other users to legal, regulatory or security risk.
17.2 Restricting your Account may include deregistering your Wallet from the Smart Contracts so that it can no longer buy or launch. It will not prevent you from selling Tokens you hold back to a Bonding Curve.
17.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. Before closing, you should withdraw your balance.
17.4 On closure, unless prohibited by law, we will allow you a reasonable period to withdraw Digital Assets held in your Wallet to an address in your name. Sections 11, 13, 14 and 16 to 24 survive closure.
18.1 The Service and the Smart Contracts are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
18.2 Smart Contracts may contain errors or vulnerabilities despite testing and audit. Blockchain networks may be congested, forked, attacked or stop working. We do not warrant that the Smart Contracts or any blockchain will operate as intended.
19.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
19.2 Subject to Section 19.1, we will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for (a) any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings; (b) any loss resulting from a change in the value of any Digital Asset; (c) any loss caused by a blockchain network, a Smart Contract operating as written, or a third-party service; or (d) any indirect or consequential loss.
19.3 Subject to Section 19.1, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in that period and (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify us and our directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or the rights of any third party, or any Token you launch or content you submit.
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service and your transactions. We may report information about you or your transactions to tax authorities where we are required to do so.
22.1 We may change the Service at any time, including by adding or removing features or supported assets or networks.
22.2 We may update these Terms. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of any change that materially affects your rights, by email or through the Service, unless the change is required sooner by law or to address a security risk. If you continue to use the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and close your Account.
23.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
23.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at . We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to respond in full within 30 days.
23.3 If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days of your complaint, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
24.1 These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
24.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
24.3 If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, we have not waived it.
24.4 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor to our business.
24.5 We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including the failure of a blockchain network, a cyberattack, a change in law, or an act of a government or regulator.
24.6 These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

Where we rely on biometric data (for example a face match during verification), we do so only for identity verification and with your explicit consent, given at the time of the check.
Fair launches depend on each person holding only one Account. To enforce this, we compare information across Accounts, including verification results, device identifiers, IP addresses and the Solana addresses that fund deposits. Where these checks suggest two or more Accounts are controlled by the same person, we may restrict those Accounts while we review them. A member of our team reviews every case before an Account is closed, and you can ask us to reconsider a decision by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
A current list of our main service providers is available on request.
Transactions on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain and Solana are public and permanent. Anyone can see your Wallet address, its balances and every transaction it makes. Token names, tickers and metadata you publish are also written to the blockchain or to decentralised storage. Neither we nor anyone else can alter or delete this information, and the rights described in Section 10 cannot be exercised against it. We do not publish your name or identity alongside your Wallet address, but your display name is shown next to your trades and holdings on the Service.
Some of our service providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, we put in place appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses approved for that purpose, as required by applicable law.
We keep your personal data for as long as your Account is open. After it closes, we keep identity verification records and transaction records for at least five years, or longer where the law requires, to meet our anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations. We keep support messages for up to two years and usage logs for up to twelve months, unless they are needed for an ongoing investigation or legal claim. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limited to staff who need the data for their role, and regular security reviews. Identity documents are held by our verification provider and are not stored on our own servers except where required. No system is completely secure. If a breach of your personal data is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will tell you without undue delay.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email . We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or to the data protection authority where you live.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people under 18. If we learn that we have, we will close the Account and delete the data, except where we are required by law to keep it.
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We may update this policy. We will tell you about material changes by email or through the Service before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.

This Risk Disclosure forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It does not describe every risk. Do not use the Service unless you understand these risks and can afford to lose everything you put in.
The value of a Token can fall to zero, quickly and without warning. Most tokens launched on platforms like Aviator lose most or all of their value. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
Tokens launched on Aviator are not backed by any asset, business, revenue or promise, and give no rights to anything. Their price depends only on what other people are willing to pay for them. A Token's name, image, community or links tell you nothing about whether its price will hold.
Every buy raises the price and every sell lowers it. Early in a launch, a single trade can move the price sharply. If many holders sell at once, the price can fall steeply. The curve will always buy Tokens back, but at the price the formula gives at that moment, which may be far below what you paid.
Once a Token lands, its price is set by a pool on a decentralised exchange (PancakeSwap, Uniswap or Raydium). Burned liquidity cannot be withdrawn, but the pool may still be small. Large sales can move the price a long way, and there may be no meaningful market for the Token.
Our Smart Contracts restrict bundling, cap holdings and lock creator sales for a short period. They cannot stop a person who has opened several Accounts with different identities, a group of people acting together, or a creator who promotes a Token and sells after the lock ends. These rules reduce risk; they do not remove it.
A lock only holds the Tokens it covers, and only until its date; after that, the holder can sell them. A Creator who has locked some Tokens may hold, buy or sell others, and may act together with other holders. A burn reduces supply but does not support the price. Do not treat a lock or a burn as a guarantee about a Token or its Creator. Tokens you lock cannot be sold until the date you chose, even if the price falls, and Tokens you burn are gone permanently.
The Smart Contracts have been tested and audited, but testing and audits cannot find every error. A bug or a previously unknown attack could cause the loss of Digital Assets. The Smart Contracts on the EVM Networks cannot be changed once deployed. The Aviator program on Solana can be upgraded by whoever holds its upgrade authority (); an upgrade could change how it behaves.
Moving value between Solana and the EVM Networks (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain) depends on third-party routing services and bridges. These have been hacked in the past across the industry, and they can fail, pause or be delayed. A failure could delay your funds or, in the worst case, cause their loss.
Your balance is held in USDC. When you trade a Token on an EVM Network, the amount is converted into BNB or ETH and back, and the rate can move while a conversion is in progress, so you may receive less than the quote. USDC is itself issued by a third party, and its value depends on that issuer.
BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain and Solana can each become congested, experience outages, or change through upgrades or forks. Newer networks, such as Robinhood Chain, have a shorter operating history. During these events, trades, deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, cost more, or fail. If our Solana fee service is unavailable, Solana transactions through the Service may be delayed.
Confirmed blockchain transactions are final. Neither we nor anyone else can reverse a trade or recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.
Anyone can launch a Token with any name. Tokens may copy the names of well-known people, brands or projects without any connection to them. People may also impersonate Aviator staff. We will never ask for your sign-in codes, private keys or recovery details, and we will never ask you to send funds to us.
The regulation of Digital Assets is developing in the UAE and around the world. A change in law or regulatory action could restrict or end the Service in your country, affect the value of Tokens, or make it harder to withdraw.
Digital Assets held through the Service are not bank deposits. They are not covered by any deposit insurance, investor compensation scheme or government guarantee.
Buying, selling and converting Digital Assets may have tax consequences where you live. You are responsible for understanding and meeting them.
